Introduction to Ayurveda


Ayurveda is an ancient medical science from way back 5000 years. It's a blessing to the world from Indian ancestors.  Ayurveda is based on the principle that the body is comprised of three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha which are responsible for normal functioning of the body system.
